Are You Or A Loved One Struggling?
Maybe you wake up dreading another day of work or school. Maybe these struggles are affecting your family life, your self worth, and you often feel misunderstood, and unsure of what to do about it.
You’re Asking Yourself When Things Changed, & What Caused It
If you look in a mirror and feel like you don’t recognize the person looking back at you… Maybe you vaguely remember the last time you were happy, and everything was going right, but you don’t know how to get back there– You are not alone.
We have all been there at one point or another in our lives.
You Have The Power To Be The Person You Want To Become
In every session you’ll experience a safe space where you or your child can unpack life’s troubles in the journey of finding freedom, healing, and wholeness.
Together, we can get your life back on track. The life you want is possible! Whatever your current struggle is, I am confident we can partner together to make the changes you are looking for.
You Have Come to the Right Place
I take a client centered approach to my therapy, with the knowledge that individuals are multifaceted and have their own unique experiences and perspectives. I utilize strength based practices, such as Narrative and Solution-Focused Therapy, as well as theories based on attachment theory, such as Emotionally Focused Therapy.
I work with individuals of all ages, but have a passion for particularly working with adolescents, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief and loss, relationships, and parenting.
More About Me
While I love working with kids and teens, I also enjoy working with adults who are struggling, as well as parents and empowering them to support their child’s growth. As a lifelong learner, I enjoy reading the newest research and advancements in therapy treatments. I am passionate about improving my techniques as a therapist and I love taking a collaborative approach with my clients.
Having grown up in Butte County, I have an ardent desire to help support the members of my community. When I am not working, I like to balance rest and activity. I enjoy days when I can recharge, such as reading a book or crocheting. I also enjoy days with adventure, such as camping, backpacking, and being out in nature when I can.
