We work together to help you feel more calm, confidant and happy through research proven techniques like SFBT, DBT and Solutions Focused therapy in addition to other outside of the box modalities such as IFS and Expressive Arts to name a few.

More About Me 

I assist children, teens, adults, and couples who want to have more control over their emotions and have the life they desire.  I enjoy helping children and teens master coping skills and learn to control their emotions to set them up for a lifetime of success.

Outside of being a therapist, nature is my happy place, and I always enjoy spending time outdoors, whether I’m hiking, gardening, soaking up the sun, or simply listening to birds with my husband and cat. In my down time, I enjoy anything creative— I’m always picking up new craft projects and artistic pursuits. Comedy, good television, great books, yoga, and dancing compete for the rest of my time and energy.
