About Scott

Reaching Out Can Be Intimidating

One of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story.

Maybe you’re caught in a loop of anxiety, burnout, or self-doubt. You’re struggling to find peace in a world that feels increasingly chaotic.

Sometimes In Life We Find Ourselves Stuck or Lost

Relationships feel strained, or you feel disconnected from your purpose. Maybe you’re trying to navigate trauma, faith, or difficult transitions, and the road ahead seems unclear.

In our work together, we will work towards understanding why you are in this stuck place and how to make your way through it.

You’re Not Alone

My approach is holistic and heart-centered. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and beliefs keeping you stuck, gently untangling the complexity of your experience to uncover a simpler truth: that you already hold the strength and wisdom you need to live an authentic and balanced life.

The Change You’re Hoping For Is Possible

Together, we’ll develop practical strategies to navigate life’s difficulties with courage and resilience, to help you build coping skills and regain a sense of empowerment that create lasting change.

Whether you’re facing addiction, grieving a loss, or battling anxiety, my goal is to help you bounce back stronger and rediscover the hope within.

Deciding to make changes in one’s life takes courage, and you have taken the first step!

When I’m Not Being a Therapist

I grew up in the Sierra Foothills. After living in different areas of California for some time, I am excited to be back in my hometown community, both living and working here.

In my free time, I enjoy working out, meditating, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and hiking in nature.
